Ich wurde in Davos geboren und bin hier aufgewachsen. Meine Wurzeln in der Region reichen tief. Nicht nur meine langjährige Erfahrung in der lokalen Immobilienbranche, sondern auch mein Netzwerk vor Ort ist für meine Kunden stets ein grosses Plus.
Umso vielfältiger die Aufgaben rund um Immobilien sind, desto wohler fühle ich mich. Deshalb habe ich mich aus meiner Leidenschaft und meiner bisherigen Expertise heraus selbstständig gemacht. Mein Werdegang in Kürze:

Daniel Carbis, Real Estate Administrator
My name is Daniel Carbis, I am from Davos and have Scottish roots. I spent most of my childhood and youth on the ice. In 2009 I graduated from the Swiss Sports High School Davos (SSGD). After that I played professional ice hockey for 14 years, mainly for the teams Langenthal and La Chaux-de-Fonds.During this time I also studied economics in Bern and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
In the summer of 2023, my family and I moved back to Davos, where I had the opportunity to join Kölliker Immobilien and take on a new challenge.
Establishment and purpose as in the commercial register
Kölliker Immobilien GmbH was founded in the summer of 2019 by the Davos-born Nathan Kölliker.
The purpose of the company is the administration, brokerage and leasing of real estate and its trading, consulting in the real estate and trust sector, construction management, financing and project development, maintenance as well as the purchase and sale of real estate. The company may set up branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and acquire stakes in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. It may also provide financing for its own account or for the account of third parties, as well as issuing warranties and guarantees for subsidiaries and third parties.
